Fees
ANNUAL CLUB REGISTRATION
Club registration is an annual fee which contributes to the cost of club administration, trophies and awards, lifeguards, coaching and pool hire costs. The Annual Club Registration is due within one month of joining or by July 1st annually for existing members. The Club Registration form must also be completed and handed to the Treasurer for processing and for club records. The club registration form can be found under the Club Information Tab on this website.

The annual Club Registration can be paid to the Treasurer on Friday nights. Payments can also be paid directly into the club’s account at Westpac: BSB: 033–118, Account Number: 132 173 Sunbury Amateur Swimming Club. Please ensure that you note the swimmer’s surname in the transaction details so we can identify who has made the payment.
Cheques are to be made payable to Sunbury Amateur Swimming Club Inc.

Please Note: To be eligible to swim within a Victorian Club or Swimming Event all swimmers need to be a registered Swimming Victoria Member.

Any member participating in Learn to Swim or squad training with an
affiliated club but do not compete in organized competition outside the
club structure. Incorporates SAL capitation fee of $23. | $74.00 |
| Non Swimmer |
Any member who does not fall into the Swimmer, Recreational Swimmer,
Registered Official or Life Member categories e.g. Committee Member,
Parents, Coaches. These do not ‘get wet’ in the pool. | $25.00 |
| NOP Accredited Technical Official | Any qualified official working at club, district, state or national level. | $14.00 |
| Life Members | Any active life member of the club who is not registered in any of the above categories. | $14.00 |
| Club Affiliation | The fee paid by a club to become a member of Swimming Victoria. | $200.00 |
Note:
Members will be unable to register or renew for the 2015/16 season until July 1 2015.
Swimming Victoria do not offer pro-rata or discounted fees for joining late into the season.
Swimming Victoria Fee Structure
Swimming Victoria has a Duty of Care to advise:
Unregistered swimmers may have limited cover under our Personal Accident and Public Liability coverage if they have an accident at a club function or activity.
Committee members must be registered members of Swimming Victoria to receive Directors Liability Insurance Cover.
Decisions made by unregistered officials/Directors of the club may not be covered by Directors/Clubs Indemnity Insurances and you may be personally liable for any damages claim that may result out of your actions.
Clubs have a Duty of Care to ensure that all participants are protected under our Insurance Coverage.
Unregistered swimmers are not permitted to compete in any sanctioned SVI meet.
